Summary
11½-month-old infant who presented at the age of 6 months with breast and pubic hair development. Proceeded to have menstrual bleeding and was referred for treatment.

An account of the presenting history, investigations and diagnosis will be given.

Plan of treatment will be outlined, together with the potential implications of therapy and intended outcomes.

Progress and response to treatment will be presented.
