Endocrine Connections, our new interdisciplinary open access journal, is free of charge to all readers. Endocrine Connections is jointly owned by the Society for Endocrinology and the European Society of Endocrinology.
Members of the Society for Endocrinology enjoy free online access to the current content of JOE, JME, ERC and Clinical Endocrinology (CE) and reduced rates on print subscriptions.
JOE, JME and ERC have fast publication times, strong Impact Factors and a global readership. There are no submission or publication charges to authors. Accepted Preprints are published online and fully citable within 24 hours of acceptance.
Institutional subscriptions to Journal of Endocrinology, Journal of Molecular Endocrinology and Endocrine-Related Cancer are offered as combined print plus online or online-only options. The Society also offers a three-journals package comprising JOE, JME and ERC at a considerable discount for not-for-profit institutional libraries.
The Society for Endocrinology Archive with over 10,726 articles from 1939 to 1997 is now available online for purchase.
JOE, JME and ERC are also official journals of the European Society ofEndocrinology.
Endocrine Connections publishes original quality research in all areas of endocrinology, with a focus on papers that have relevance to its related and intersecting disciplines and the wider biomedical community. The journal considers basic, translational and clinical studies.
Endocrine Connections is an open access journal, enabling critical research discoveries to be made freely available to anyone and everyone. Endocrine Connections offers rapid, wide exposure of research and reviews to the global scientific community.
Endocrine Connections is published on behalf of the European Society of Endocrinology and the Society for Endocrinology: working together to further research, education and clinical practice in endocrinology.

Journal of Endocrinology is a broad-ranging journal publishing original research articles, rapid communications and reviews from around the world. Its focus is on endocrine physiology and metabolism, including hormone secretion; hormone action; biological effects. The journal considers basic and translational studies at the organ, tissue and whole organism level.
With more than 70 years of excellence in endocrinology, JOE is the journal of choice for endocrinologists worldwide, with one of the fastest mean turnaround times of any basic endocrine science journal.
Journal of Endocrinology is indexed/abstracted in: CAB abstracts, Chemical Abstracts, Current Content/Life Sciences, EMBASE/Excerpta Medica, Index Medicus/MEDLINE, Pascal/INIST-CNRS, Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index Expanded, Scopus.
Journal of Molecular Endocrinology is a leading global journal publishing high-quality research papers, rapid communications and reviews from an international authorship. Its focus is on molecular and cellular mechanisms in endocrinology, and aims to address a wide range of provocative and updated topics that will anticipate the future direction of many specific research areas, including gene regulation; cell biology; signalling; mutations; transgenesis. The journal considers basic and pathophysiological studies at the molecule and cell level.
To enable faster sharing and communication between scientists, JME is now published continuously online. This means that the final version of record of new articles appear online as soon as they are ready - just weeks after acceptance and usually well in advance of a completed issue.
Journal of Molecular Endocrinology is indexed/abstracted in: CAB abstracts, Chemical Abstracts, Current Content/Life Sciences, EMBASE/Excerpta Medica, Index Medicus/MEDLINE, Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index Expanded, Scopus.
Endocrine-Related Cancer is the established global journal for basic, translational and clinical research on hormones and cancer. Endocrine-related cancers typically include cancers of the breast, prostate, pituitary, testes, ovary and neuroendocrine system as well as hormone-dependent cancers elsewhere. The journal publishes reviews and original research papers of exceptional quality.
Hormones and cancer is a field of increasing interest and so, to ensure that readers and authors are able to share knowledge as fast as possible, ERC publishes new articles online, in their version of record, as soon as they are ready - just weeks after acceptance and usually well in advance of a completed issue. Authors and readers have the opportunity to read and cite articles faster than ever before.
Endocrine-Related Cancer is indexed/abstracted in: Chemical Abstracts, Current Contents/Clinical Medicine, EMBASE/Excerpta Medica, Index Medicus/MEDLINE, Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index Expanded, Scopus.
The official clinical journal of the Society for Endocrinology since 1994, Clinical Endocrinology publishes original articles and reviews focusing on the clinical aspects of endocrinology, including the clinical application of molecular endocrinology. It features reviews, original papers, commentaries, cases of the month, clinical questions, book reviews and letters. Clinical Endocrinology is essential reading not only for those engaged in research but also for those involved primarily in clinical practice. The online journal is available to members of the Society for Endocrinology as part of the membership subscription and the print journal is available to members at a considerable discount.
Includes abstracts from the meetings of several societies, including
the Society for Endocrinology and the European Society of Endocrinology.
