Registration
Participants must register
online. If
this is not possible, please print the printable
form, complete and return by fax or post to the address given on
the form. Senior and Honorary Members, please use the Senior
and Honorary Members registration form (pdf) (32kb).
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt
of payment. Registration for social events must be booked in advance
at the time of registration in order to obtain a ticket. There is
no deadline for the receipt of registration forms, but please note that
a surcharge will be made for registrations received after Friday
5 January 2007. No refunds will be made after this date. Refund requests
received before 5 January 2007 will be subject to an administrative
charge of £15.
Registration fees for participants include access to all sessions,
tea and coffee, lunches from Monday through to Thursday, access to the
commercial exhibition, welcome reception and programme and abstract
books. Reduced registration fees are available for members of the Society
for Endocrinology. If you are not a member of the Society for Endocrinology
