Complimentary tea and coffee will be available during scheduled breaks throughout the meeting. Lunch is provided on Monday 6, Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 October. Dinner is included for Monday 6 October 2008. Delegates are requested to indicate any special dietary requirements in advance.
