About the Autumn Endocrine Retreat 2008

Terms

• There are strictly 25 places available at this meeting.
• Registration is open from 1 June 2009 - 31 July 2009.
• The Programme Chair of the Society for Endocrinology will award the places by 28 August 2009 and you will be notified directly.
• A reservation deposit of £100 is payable upon notification of a successful registration.
• Reservation deposits must be received by 7 September 2009.
• If a successful registrant has not sent payment by 31 September 2009, the offer of a place at the meeting will be withdrawn.
• Your reservation fee will be refunded by cheque at the meeting.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation letter and receipt.

Any cancellation received within the registration open period (until notification) will be processed immediately and without charge.

After 31 September 2009, any cancellation of a successful delegate place will not be entitled to a refund.
