Please note: a surcharge will be made for registrations received after Monday 18 January 2010. No refunds will be made after this date – refund requests received before will be subject to an administrative charge of £15.

Reduced registration fees are available for members of the Society for Endocrinology.  If you are not a member of the Society for Endocrinology and would like to apply, please go to the membership section, print off a form and send it in with your membership subscription.  Once you have done this, and received your membership number, you will be able to register at the member’s rate.

Members of the Society for Endocrinology	£280 (£340 after 18 January 2010)
Non-members	£430 (£490 after 18 January 2010)
Consessionaries*	£170 (£230 after 18 January 2010)
Honorary/Senior members	Complimentary

*Non-clinically qualified research students, postdoctoral fellows and nurses who have no access to funding. (This includes Society for Endocrinology conference grant funding.)

Registration fees for participants include access to all sessions, tea and coffee, lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, access to the commercial exhibition and welcome reception, programme and abstract books.

Please note: day delegate rates may sometimes be made available. There will be a limited number of these offered. If you wish to be considered please email your request and reasoning to conferences@endocrinology.org

The Society for Endocrinology recommends that all delegates take out insurance to cover their registration, travel and accommodation costs to cover the case that they are unable to attend or the event is cancelled for any unforeseen reason. The Society takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses in such cases.
