The European Molecular Biology Organisation (EMBO) invites applications to its Young Investigator Programme, which has been creating a European network of outstanding life scientists since 2000.

Membership of the EMBO Young Investigator Programme provides young scientists with considerable financial and occupational support to enable them to achieve their full potential in the field of molecular biology.

Applicants must be in an early stage of their career and must be leading their first independent laboratory. Full eligibility criteria, and more information on the programme, is available at the link below. The deadline for applications to the programme is 1 April 2012.
