Following the news that Simon Singh has won the right to use a defence of 'fair comment' in the much publicised libel case brought against him by the British Chiropractic Association (read here, The Guardian, 1 April 2010), and with the General Election looming, there is more need than ever for anyone who has not yet done so to sign the National Petition for Libel Reform.

SfE fully supports the campaign to reform the UK's libel system. Please sign the petition and to make sure libel reform is a part of the manifesto of every party.
