Applications are invited for the post of Temporary Lecturer (50%) within the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience, University of Cambridge. The post is available from 1 October 2009 for one year with a possible extension of a further year. The successful applicant will have a PhD in biology or a veterinary qualification and will be able to deliver undergraduate lectures and practical classes in reproductive, systems and endocrine physiology to medical, veterinary and science students. He/she will carry out teaching-related administration including examining, course organisation and committee work as appropriate. There will be an opportunity to contribute to our existing research programme (see http://www.pdn.cam.ac.uk/research/). We are looking for an effective and enthusiastic teacher with good organisational and people skills.
