A Research Associate position is available within the Department of Reproductive Biology, Division of Surgery, Oncology, Reproductive Biology and Anaesthetics, Hammersmith Hospital campus, Imperial College, London. The salary range will be £25,310 - £28,910 p.a. The successful candidate will work on a project investigating the molecular basis of hormone recognition and signalling from the gonadoptrophin (LH/hCG and FSH) receptors. The post will involve carrying out proteomic studies to identify novel receptor-protein interactions and their role in gonadotrophin receptor signalling. A PhD or equivalent qualification in molecular or cellular biology or a related discipline, and experience of procedures relevant to mammalian cell culture systems is required. Experience of working in a molecular/biochemical laboratory is also required. The post is available from September and is funded for 3 years by the Wellcome Trust.
