I want to register to attend, but don’t want accommodation (residential) what do I do?

If you do not require accommodation please contact our team before registering so that we can provide more information. Requests for registration without accommodation must be made in writing before registering for the meeting, by emailing [email protected]. Applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis, as this course is designed to be residential.

I can’t come anymore and need to cancel my place, what do I do?

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before or on Monday 13th February 2023. Requests received after this date cannot be refunded for any reason, including ill health.

When is the conference dinner & quiz?

This year the conference dinner & quiz will be taking place on Tuesday 25^th April.

Residential registrations include access to all sessions, the exhibition, meeting materials, refreshments and lunch on each day, plus conference dinner and quiz (Tuesday) and one nights accommodation at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on the Tuesday evening. The accommodation is based on single occupancy.
