I have a new membership or have recently renewed, why isn’t my registration working?

It can take a few days for new memberships to update on our registration system. Please allow a few days after applying for Society for Endocrinology membership before registering for the event, to ensure that the membership data on our systems have updated.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Once you have registered and paid successfully for your NCC 2024 ticket, you will receive an email with your registration confirmation. If you have not received this after 24 hours of successfully making payment, please email [email protected] , and we will manually send this to you.

When do I get my certificate of attendance?

A Certificate of Attendance will be available for all delegates attending NCC 2024. This will be emailed to all delegates 1 week after the event.

When do I get my CPD certificate?

Information on the number of CPD credits available for this conference will follow in due course. CPD certificates will only be available for delegates attending NCC 2024, who have completed the post-event survey. CPD certificates will be sent out 1 week after the survey closing date.

Is there a prayer room?

A private room is available throughout the duration of the conference. Please ask a member of the team at the Registration desk to provide you the room location.
