Reproductive Endocrinology 2024 will take place at the Hallam Conference Centre in London. The registration fee for this meeting includes access to all sessions, refreshments and lunch on the day.

Registration categories and fees

Early-bird registration fee: £240

Early-bird deadline: Monday 2 September 2024 (11:59pm BST).

Standard registration fee: £315

Onsite Badge Collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.

Cancellation and Refund Requests:

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before Wednesday 21 August 2024. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £40. Cancellations after Wednesday 21 August will be subject to 100% payment penalty. Name changes for registrations are possible.
