Dr Matthew Gage

Matthew Gage completed his PhD at Leeds University (UK) investigating inflammatory cell signalling and secretion. Matthew then went on to work in the Division of Cardiovascular and Diabetes Research at Leeds University, before moving on to the Division of Medicine at University College London (UK) to investigate inflammatory mechanisms in macrophages.

Matthew now leads a research group at the Royal Veterinary College, University of London, investigating inflammation in diabetes and its comorbidities.
