The registration fees for this meeting includes access to all sessions, refreshments and lunch on the day.

*If you register at the concessionary rate, please note that your concessionary status will be checked by our membership team. If your membership does not confirm your eligibility for the concessionary rate, you will be contacted to pay the higher fee. If you are a Student Member, Early Career Member, Senior Member or Nurse Member, you are eligible for concessionary registration rates.

Cancellation and Refund Requests:

You can cancel your registration by the 31 December by contacting the SfE group at [email protected]. Please note that cancellations will incur an administrative charge of £40. Cancellation requests made after the deadline will not be accepted, as arrangements with suppliers will have been finalised. It is possible to make name changes for registrations, please contact us to confirm.

Onsite Badge Collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
