We welcome the use of social media at all its events, and delegates are encouraged to tweet about this year’s conference using the hashtag #IESSFE2024.
However, we ask that anyone who wishes to post a speaker’s scientific results online, or through other forms of media, ensures that they have first gained approval from the speaker/poster-presenter. This policy applies to both professional journalists and nonjournalists.
All speakers/poster presenters have the right to ask delegates not to disseminate the research that they have presented.
Photography and filming
Please refrain from filming or taking photographs of any session, poster or exhibit without the prior consent of the speaker, poster presenter or exhibitor. Any official footage or photographs were taken at the Conference may be used by the Society for Endocrinology and/or Irish Endocrine Society for promotional purposes. In addition, the meeting organiser Bioscientifica will be conducting filming for promotional purposes. Footage will be time-lapsed and no individuals will be identifiable. If you have any queries about this policy, please visit the registration desk onsite.
