The NHS Steroid Emergency Card was launched in 2020. We would like to try and understand how it is being used, distributed and any difficulties obtaining or sharing the card with patients, or any comments general.

We would be grateful if you could participate in this short survey to help inform on what might be the best strategy moving forward to ensure ongoing awareness of management of adrenal insufficiency in patients who are unwell and improve sharing of the card.
