As part of the BES 2026 programme, the Society for Endocrinology has allocated a dedicated one-hour session for early career researchers (ECRs) who are considering research or an academic career in endocrinology.
Following discussions with leading academic endocrinologists, an informal networking initiative is being introduced to support ECRs in both discovery science and clinical fields.
This initiative aims to foster connections between aspiring academic endocrinologists and established experts, providing guidance and encouragement throughout their career journey.
