If your membership does not confirm your eligibility for the concessionary rate you will be contacted to pay the higher fee. If you are a Student Member, Early Career Member, Senior Member, Nurse Member or currently have concessionary membership you are also eligible for concessionary registration rates.

Onsite Badge Collection
Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.

Cancellation and Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be confirmed in writing to [email protected] and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before Friday 29 August 2025. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £40. Cancellations after Friday 29 August 2025 will be subject to 100% payment penalty.
