Registration will be open until Tuesday 6 October 11:59pm GMT. After this point, registration will close. Please take into consideration to register at your earliest convenience as there are limited spaces available and spaces usually fill up before this date.

All registration fees below are for residential registration which include access to all sessions, the exhibition, meeting materials, refreshments and lunch on each day, plus conference dinner and quiz (Tuesday) and two nights’ accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Stratford-upon-Avon on the Monday and Tuesday evenings. The accommodation is based on single occupancy.

Important: If you do not require accommodation please contact our team before registering so that we can provide more information. Requests for registration without accommodation must be made in writing before registering for the meeting, by emailing [email protected]. Applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis, as this course is designed to be residential.

Early bird registration - until 26 September

SfE member: £730

Non-member: £1155

Standard registration - 27 September until 6 October

SfE member: £890

Non-member: £1280

 

Cancellation and refund requests:

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before or on Monday 29 September 2025, please note a £20 admin fee will apply. Requests received after this date cannot be refunded for any reason, including ill health.

Double Occupancy Registration categories and fees

We have had feedback that some individuals wish to share their hotel room with others on the course. Should you wish to book and share a hotel room with another, one of you must email in (with the other on cc) to [email protected] stating this and we will provide you with a code to complete your registration.

 

Onsite badge collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
