Thank you for your interest in Clinical Update 2025. At this stage, the meeting remains fully booked and registration closed. It is highly unlikely that a space will become available this close to the event date.

We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you to a future meeting.

Cancellation and refund requests:

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before or on Monday 29 September 2025, please note a £20 admin fee will apply. Requests received after this date cannot be refunded for any reason, including ill health.

Onsite badge collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
