Registration remains open until Tuesday, 4 November, at 11:59 PM GMT for non-residential registrations only. After this point, registration will close. Please register at your earliest convenience.

All registration fees are now based on the non-residential option, which includes:

• Access to all sessions
• Entry to the exhibition
• Meeting materials
• Refreshments and lunch each day

A conference dinner and quiz ticket for Tuesday evening can also be purchased separately.

Note: If you register for Endocrine Nurse Update using the links above, you will need to book your own accommodation independently, as overnight stays are not included in the non-residential rate.

Member of Society for Endocrinology (NON-RESIDENTIAL): £389

Non-member (NON-RESIDENTIAL): £630

Cancellation and refund requests:

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before or on Monday 29 September 2025, please note a £20 admin fee will apply. Requests received after this date cannot be refunded for any reason, including ill health.

Onsite badge collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
