The Hormone Dependent Cancer conference 2025 will take place at The Milner York, Station Road, York, YO24 1AA 

The registration fees for this meeting includes access to all sessions, refreshments and lunch on the day.

Standard Registration - from 16 July - 16 Sept 2025 (11:59 PM)

• SfE Member: £348
• SfE Member Concessionary*: £280
• Non-member: £390

Late Registration - from 17 Sept - 18 Nov 2025 (11:59 PM)

• SfE Member: £415
• SfE Member Concessionary*: £345
• Non-member: £495

*If you register at the concessionary rate, please note that your concessionary status will be checked by our membership team. If your membership does not confirm your eligibility for the concessionary rate, you will be contacted to pay the higher fee. If you are a Student Member, Early Career Member, Senior Member or Nurse Member, you are eligible for concessionary registration rates.

Cancellation and Refund Requests:

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before 31 July 2024 11:59 PM. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £40.00. Cancellations after 31 July 2025 will be subject to 100% payment penalty. Name changes for registrations are possible.

Onsite Badge Collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
