Registration 

Registration will be open until Monday 6 October 11:59pm GMT. After this point, registration will close. Please take into consideration to register at your earliest convenience as there are limited spaces available and spaces usually fill up before this date.

All registration fees below include access to all sessions, meeting materials, refreshments and lunch on the day.

Thyroid Ultrasound is a one day event, therefore accommodation is not included in the ticket price. If delegates wish to stay on Sunday night, please liaise with the hotel directly.

Cancellation and refund requests:

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before or on Monday 29 September 2025, please note a £20 admin fee will apply. Requests received after this date cannot be refunded for any reason, including ill health.

Onsite badge collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
