Residential registrations include access to all sessions, the exhibition, meeting materials, refreshments and lunch on each day, plus conference dinner and quiz and one nights’ accommodation at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on the Monday evening. The accommodation is based on single occupancy.

Non-residential registrations include access to all sessions, the exhibition, meeting materials, refreshments and lunch on each day.

If you do not require accommodation please ensure to select the non-residential registration.

Register for the Advanced Nursing session - New for 2020

ENU is increasing its offering for established nurses with an additional Advanced Nursing session. This session will be held ahead of the main programme from 8:30am on Monday 20 April 2020. As this session starts early we suggest that you consider arranging accommodation for Sunday 19 April 2020.

Important information

We offer reduced registration fees for Society for Endocrinology members at all our events. Please note that applications for Society membership must be received before registering for the meeting, in order to benefit from the members rate.

The Society offers members travel grants to attend Endocrine Nurse Update. Nurse members become eligible to apply for funding to attend Endocrine Nurse Update as soon as hey complete their member application.

Cancellation and Refund Requests

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before or on Monday 06 January 2020. Requests received after this date cannot be refunded for any reason, including ill health.

Onsite Badge Collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
