Joint Irish-UK Endocrine Meeting 2024


The delegate fee for the conference includes access to all scientific sessions and covers the cost of tea, coffee and lunches throughout the event. Attending the event also provides you with the opportunity to explore the commercial exhibition, discuss posters with peers as well plenty of networking opportunities, including the Welcome Reception. Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

Once registered, a confirmation of receipt will be sent via email from Worldpay, along with a detailed booking confirmation. Registration for social events must be booked in advance at the time of registration to secure a place.

No refunds will be made after Wednesday 14 August 2024 (for any reason including ill health). Refund requests received in writing on or before Wednesday 14 August 2024 will be subject to an administrative charge of £25.

Please note: Accommodation and travel costs are the sole responsibility of delegates. We unable to refund pre-booked accommodation and travel costs, which will be at the discretion of individual hotels and providers.

Photography:

Please be aware there may be official onsite photography and/or audio/video recordings during this event as commissioned by SfE, IES and/or Bioscientifica Ltd. Any images/audio/video captured may be used by SfE and/or Bioscientifica Ltd for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, websites, external mailshots, other marketing materials, and social media. Accreditation:

Information on the number of CPD credits available for this conference will follow in due course.

Event policy - Children:

*Children (anyone under the age of 18 years) are not permitted in the exhibition hall at any time. The nature of the programme content and to avoid distracting/interrupting speakers or other delegates, children are not allowed to attend any presentations in the scientific programme or industry-sponsored satellite symposia. In all other areas of the event children are allowed and breastfeeding is welcomed. A private room will also be available upon request for breastfeeding or nursing women to express. Where catering is only available in the exhibition hall and you have a child with you, please speak to a member of the Society Events Team, either via registration or the Organiser’s Office, and catering and refreshments will be provided for you in an alternative area For reasons of insurance liability and safety, infants must be held or be in a pushchair at all times.* For this policy children are defined as anyone under the age of 18 which includes infants and babes in arms.
