Society for Endocrinology - a world-leading authority on hormones

Attracting a diverse audience of scientists, clinicians and nurses — from trainees to Nobel Prize winners — the SfE BES conference is firmly established as a key event in the endocrine calendar. At this year’s event, international experts across the breadth of endocrinology will deliver presentations in the form of plenary lectures, symposia, oral communications and workshops.

This year we are pleased to introduce ePosters, for a selection of abstracts, alongside traditional posters, enabling increased numbers of posters to be displayed and presented across a range of topics. We are also pleased to be welcoming the Futures sessions back after their huge success last year, providing expert career development advice.

As always, the conference will provide plenty of networking opportunities. Lounges for Nurses and Early Career Endocrinologists will provide space to catch up with friends and colleagues. The Exhibition Hall is, as always, the perfect place to meet and discuss the day’s sessions and presentations. There will also be an informal networking evening, awards ceremony and a variety of other social events and activities.

The city of Brighton is our host for this year’s conference. With easy transport links from across the country and a host of international ports within a short distance, SfE BES 2016 is accessible for all. Brighton is the perfect destination for the conference this year and we hope that you will enjoy the sights and sounds the city has to offer whilst involving yourself in ground breaking science and education.

We look forward to seeing you in Brighton
