Your Society is a member of Understanding Animal Research, a not-for-profit organisation that explains why animals are used in medical and scientific research. They aim to promote a broad understanding of the humane use of animals in medical, veterinary, scientific and environmental research in the UK. 

To mark the 7th anniversary of the Concordat on Openness on Animal Research in the UK, they will be dedicating their Twitter feed (@animalresearch) to the importance of mice in biomedical research, using the hashtag #MiceInResearch.
