Dr Ashutosh Kapoor is currently working as a Locum Consultant in Endocrinology and Diabetes at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He has recently attained dual CCT in Endocrinology and Diabetes along with General (Internal) Medicine.

He completed the initial part of Specialist Training in Diabetes and Endocrinology in North West England, where he was the SPR trainee representative for the region from the ST4-ST6 period and subsequently moved to North West London during the latter stages of training. He has also completed the RCP Educator Accreditation programme, the SCE and EBEEDM examinations and is also an active Society for Endocrinology Endocrine Ambassador. He was also a member of the EDI National workgroup panel, a SfE led initiative.

Currently, he represents Adult Endocrinology in the Transition Endocrine clinics conducted in conjunction with the Paediatrics team at Chelsea and Westminster and has a special interest in this area. He is currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Diabetes Care and is an avid tutor.
