All registration prices includes refreshments and lunch for the meeting, plus conference dinner (if booked for full registration) and one nights’ accommodation at Milton Hill House on the Thursday evening (if booked for full registration).

Cancellation and refund requests

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before Thursday 15 February 2024. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £80.00. Cancellations after Thursday 15 February 2024 will be subject to 100% payment penalty. Name changes for registrations are possible. If you are not able to attend this event due to ill health, please email [email protected]

Onsite badge collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
