Choose from a range of options, including full registration with accommodation, day tickets only, and the opportunity to book full tickets with shared accommodation among you and your colleagues.

All registration prices includes refreshments and lunch for the meeting, plus conference dinner (if booked for full registration) and one nights’ accommodation at Milton Hill House on the Thursday evening (if booked for full registration).

Accommodation is allocated on a single occupancy basis unless you have arranged a ticket rate with room share, please contact [email protected] for further information.

Day ticket holders can book Dinner tickets @ £35.00 per person, please contact [email protected] for further information.

Early career researchers are defined as PhD students and up to 10 years post-PhD with no clinical training.

Cancellation and refund requests

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before Thursday 15 February 2024. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £80.00. Cancellations after Thursday 15 February 2024 will be subject to 100% payment penalty. Onsite badge collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
