The Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse will be responsible for undertaking and managing day-to-day clinical activities carried out in their own clinics in the Department of Diabetes & Endocrinology, in relation to the assessment, treatment and monitoring of patients requiring care. You will also provide care to inpatients as required. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload, and contribute towards establishing links with primary care. You must have some knowledge of diabetes, as the service will include responsibilities for providing clinical and psychological support for patients.
