The Society for Endocrinology is delighted to announce that we are now providing a home for the Young Diabetologists and Endocrinologists’ Forum (YDEF).

YDEF’s central tenets of education, advocacy and support align well with the Society’s strategy. We are extremely happy to be able to host them and provide the necessary infrastructure and support to enable them to continue their valuable work.

Following the move from their previous host, Diabetes UK, YDEF will continue to operate independently in the same way they always have. It will now be a requirement that individuals wanting to register for YDEF events will need to hold a current Society for Endocrinology membership.

We look forward to working with YDEF more closely and supporting them to go from strength to strength over the coming years.
