Via www.jobs.ac.uk. A physician with a strong track record of published research in diabetes, obesity or endocrinology is sought to join a dynamic research and clinical team at the Institute of Ageing & Chronic Disease, University of Liverpool.

A medical degree, membership of the Royal College of Physicians (or equivalent), a doctorate (MD or PhD) and accreditation in diabetes and endocrinology and general (internal) medicine are all essential. Appointment at a more senior level (reader/professor) would be given consideration depending on experience and qualifications. The successful applicant will be offered an honorary consultant contract at Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
